EDEYO
Emotions at work
"The Edeyo Foundation, whose name is derived from the Haitian Kreyol word meaning "help them", is an independent, nonprofit organization based in New York City, dedicated to improving the future for children in Haiti through education."  The Earthquake in January 2010 completely destroyed Edeyo's school.

I was asked to design several pieces that are being used in Edeyo's everyday efforts to raise money, including the invitation and a series of 8 full size posters to illustrate Edeyo's work. They were displayed at Edeyo's annual fundraiser in New York. Filled with stars like Naomi Campbell, Rosario Dawson, Nigel Barker and Jamie Foxx, the event was certainly something my posters were lucky to witness from the walls ;)

Note here though: As much as it is one of the most rewarding (in an emotional meaning) projects, it was also very hard to focus on initially. When you go through a footage like that, how do you keep your mind clear and creativity flowing to do the job...
